Six Morning Habits: SAVERS

SAVERS
S: Silence (Prayer/ Meditation/ Yoga)
     Avoid Tensions/ Social Networking. It relaxes brain and make brain ready for the big performance.

A: Affirmation: Talk yourself positively: 
     Where you want to see yourself after certain period, 
     Why do you want this changes, 
     What scarification you can do for it)

V: Visualization : Visualize all the path of your affirmation.Its like small steps which helps to find out most important works for making the daily routine

E: Exercises: It flows more oxygen to brain, thinking level will be cleared

R: Reading :Read 10 page at least(Yearly 3650 pages) and Write on it

S: Scribing /Writing: Write down the thoughts and feeling.
                                   Lessons Learn: Till now what you have learned/ Achieved
                                   New Commitments: Where to focus more, what to learn next

All will be be completed with in 8 AM
