Bangladeshi New Time
Its really a bad habbit that We all the bangladeshi want to mix up the political party with the Government for the case of ruling party. Probably its a bad habbit. Somedays ago, a new Govt arrived with a new Vision named Digital Bangladesh. Very good. But for the Bangladeshi( more than 90%), it has been a matter of criticism. Now-a-days, in any place we hear to blame the "Digital Bangladesh" for any type of problems. Its really a matter of sorrow. I think our Govt should be concious about that We can not take any change easily. Because we are not habituated with that. We can not think that a change can bring out a good results to our life rather than we think it will hamper us.
Recently Bangladesh forwarded the clock an hour at 11:00pm to save electricity by utilising the daylight better. So, We get the clock at 12:00am. With the clock running an hour ahead, Bangladesh became Greenwich Mean Time plus seven hours (GMT+7) from GMT+6.
By changing the clock, probably the authority is getting the theoritical amount of extra electricity. But I dont know, is it really fruitfull to public or not. But when I face the public at various public place, I havent got anygood feedback from the public. Now, most of the public voice utter the sound that new Govt has spoiled the country by reaching the nation to the 12am. Actually at bangladesh Barota Bajano is not a sweet word at all.
I dont know why the authority chose to make 11pm to 12am at midnight. Rather than they might took another time for changing. Nor it was preplanned to dominate the govt with in a new way. The dicission maker was not known about the public mentality. So, Govt should choose dicission maker in a absolute way otherwise Govt must be dominated repeatedly in the same way by their foolish dicission maker.
I also got many sounds aout the changing of the time. One of them, Govt has taken such type of dicission just to please the western friend. ITs really difficult to annalyze their words.
Prayer times for Muslims have been moved forward by an hour. Its really a shock point to the muslims. A all the muslims of the Bangladesh are habituated to make their prayer at a fixwed time from his born. Atfirst they have to maintain with the new time. It hurts them very much. Many muslims favour to foolw their old time rather than the new one.
As per the government decision, the daylight saving measure begins this year from June 19 and ends on October 1, when the clock is to be set an hour back. From next year on, the clock would be set an hour forward on April 1 and set an hour beck on October 1.
Its afine dicission to the lover of change. But time only knows what it keeps for its fate.
